Below is a sampling of the letters we have received:
I tried the Niklas & Heidi Yodel-Ay-He shampoo on the kids, they not only loved it, but they were curious and entranced by "Niklus".
They insisted I call his mother straight away an arrange a "play date".
I explained this was not possible as he lived too far away, after at least forty minutes [yes forty minutes!] of arguing back and forward with them,
I finally told them that it was very cold where Niklus comes from and that he and his family have been snowed in for the winter!
They have accepted this for now, BUT winnter can' t last forever! "
