Returns & Exchanges
Merchandise ordered directly from Moppet Mode Pty Ltd may be returned to Moppet Mode PTD Ltd. Merchandise purchased at a professional hair salon or retail store
should be returned directly to the retailer. We suggest that you contact the customer service department of the retailer where you made your purchase for appropriate
instructions regarding your concerns.
If you do receive an item that is damaged or defective or is not the item you
ordered, save the box and all the packing material and contact us on our
